In fact Native Americans have been using natural treatments before any of us. So how did I learn how to treat IBS naturally? Well it was not easy and it took many months of trial and error. Eventually I found some things that worked well for me. Here are three remedies that did the job for me.
1. Stress Reduction
It is no big secret that stress plays a huge part in your IBS. It might sound crazy but it is very true. You would be surprised at how much better you can feel when you lower your stress. There are some very natural ways to reduce stress. Something I would highly suggest you try is meditation.
Meditation is one of the most common techniques for stress reduction. I myself have been meditating for almost three years now. Personally for me it works, and I recommend it to anybody. I learned how to meditate from using This Site for anybody who wants to try it.
2. Eating Healthier
You might be thinking, “well this one is obvious”. Yes this one should actually be a no brainer. If you want to learn how to control IBS you are going to have to change your diet. What I actually ended up doing was I started cooking at home. This way I have more control over what I was eating.
Now I know what I am putting into my body at all times. Something I would personally recommend you get is a cookbook for healthier recipes. This Cookbook is really popular and I have been using it and I love it. Your symptoms will slowly start to go away with a proper diet.
3. Coconut Oil
So this one is a bit different but I wanted to talk about it. I have been using coconut oil to treat my IBS for a while. So far I have seen nothing but positive results from it. There are tons of different coconut oil recipes. Some are better for treating it than others. If you want to learn more about coconut oil and recipes to make Check Out This Site. How To Know If You Have IBS
Are you still trying to find out how to know if you have IBS? Before you can actually learn how to control IBS you must diagnose it first. Sometimes doctors can’t give you a proper diagnosis. Irritable Bowel Syndrome is one of those things that is hard to diagnose. Mostly because there are so many other possibilities of different problems. Most of the time it actually ends up being a mixture of different problems.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome is by far the most common stomach problem these days. There are many symptoms to check for if you want to learn how to know if you have IBS. Here are some of the common symptoms you can have.
This is probably the most common symptom of IBS. Pretty much every body who has Irritable Bowel Syndrome has some type of stomach pain. This is something to look out for and should be a big indication of a problem. The stomach pain can be anywhere from incredibly excruciating to a very small amount of pain. When I had stomach pain It was pretty much constant severe pain. At night I would notice that it was much worse than during the day time.
Another very common symptom that you can have in constipation. You might not have constant constipation problems but they can be persistent enough to bother you. I personally think that constipation is one of the worst symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I hate the feeling of not being able to release my bowels. Its very painful and can be incredibly uncomfortable as well. When I was first learning how to treat IBS naturally constipation was a big problem for me. Luckily this is not so much an issue for me as I found something that worked for me.
You might feel as if there is some air trapped inside of your stomach. Other people say that it feels as if there is a large rock inside your stomach or a balloon of some sort. Being bloated can be very uncomfortable at times. This is not really the worst part about it but it is certainly the most annoying. Just make sure that you are not eating more food when you become bloated as this will make it worse.
When I was first learning how to treat ibs naturally this was probably my worst symptom. It had gotten to the point where I was throwing up almost every day. I did not know what it was that was causing this. This is definetley something that you should be on the look out for. You might actually notice that you are vomiting an hour or so after meals. Do not be alarmed because this is common.
There are actually so many other symptoms but I would say that these are the most common ones. If you notice that you have all of these symptoms then you probably have irritable bowel syndrome.
If You Have A Medical Emergency Please Call 911
All of this information is directly from my personal experience. So once again I would like to say that I am not a doctor. Take my advice however you would like. Just remember that if you are in any serious trouble that you should probably go to a doctor.
If you are having an emergency then you should make your way to the hospital or call 911. Sometimes natural remedies just can not fix the problem that you are having. Some doctors will actually teach you how to treat IBS naturally and they can be very useful. Not all doctors are bad, sometimes you just need to find the right doctor. With that being said, I would recommend checking with your doctor before you decide to try any of my natural remedies.
